For my 60th birthday, Giovanni prepared dinner for 30 guests in my chalet in Verbier. The food was delicious, first he served canapés and crudités with ‘bagnacauda’, ‘crostini di fegatini’, then ‘malfatti’ and braised beef shin lasagna.To top it all, I blew out my candles, on the best Mont Blanc I ever had..Simply fantastic!
